Have Fun In Your Relationship With Fitness

Have Fun In Your Relationship With Fitness

%image_alt%You can have fun in your relationship with fitness. Your attitude sets the stage for any relationship and fitness is no different. If you hate it, it will fight you the whole way and you’ll spend hours at the gym disliking each and every moment. Instead, learn to appreciate each muscle movement and how you’re learning complete control over your body. You’ll be loving every minute knowing that it’s the perfect formula to get the healthy happy body you want.

Learn to change your attitude about eating healthy.

Eating healthy doesn’t mean you exist on rice cakes and celery. Instead it opens a whole world of good food for you to enjoy. You’ll never have to diet again once you learn how to eat healthy and keep weight off permanently. That should bring a tear of joy to your eyes. When you have a happy personal relationship with fitness, you’ll love experimenting with new tasty dishes and realize that food can be healthy and delicious. You’ll also learn that you don’t have to give up everything you love. Eating healthy isn’t a diet. Diets are restrictive and leave you hungry. They’re more like an adventure in eating.

Have fun revealing the new you underneath the extra weight and flabby muscles.

It is fun to make yourself look fabulous. People pay hundreds of dollars for a makeover that only affects the surface. When you take the time to discover the hidden you, it’s not only challenging—it’s exciting! You’ll be amazed at how great you look and truly appreciate the hours of exercise and healthy eating it took to get you there.

Feel the joy of the extra energy.

Once you start your relationship with fitness, almost immediately, you’ll feel a surge of energy. It’s so amazing that the more you burn energy, the more you seem to have. Exercising may leave you feeling exhausted at first, but happy. Before too long you’ll realize that exhaustion disappeared and you just feel fabulous.

When you workout regularly, stress will melt away. Exercising burns off the hormones created by stress that leave you in a mental fog, exhausted and unhappy.

You’ll see an improvement in your complexion that no other beauty aid can bring, when you eat healthy and workout. Eating healthy provides the nutrients your body needs for healthy skin and exercise stimulates circulation sending oxygen and nutrients to all cells in your body.

You’ll start to look forward to each workout as you see the huge changes in your body.

When you exercise on a regular basis, you’ll add healthy happy years to your life. One study shows that for every minute you exercise, you add seven minutes to your life and have far better health.

Shine This Year

Shine This Year

You can shine this year if you start right now by getting healthier and fitter. Fitness is not all about how you look. It’s about how you feel too. A few lifestyle changes can help you get back into shape and end the year with a great body, loads of energy and the determination to take on the world. That’s what an exercise program and healthy eating can do for you! There are so many reasons to start getting healthy before you tackle other goals.

Exercise not only makes you fit and attractive, it gives you the energy to achieve other non-related goals.

I have clients that are both female and in competitive, often male dominated, positions. They have to be on top of everything and be at their best. Many feel that because of their situation, they have to work harder and smarter than the men, just to get equal acknowledgment from management. Whether they’re right or wrong isn’t important. They make lifestyle changes, with diet and exercise first, to become their strongest and boost their energy level so they can achieve their work goals easier.

Getting stronger doesn’t mean getting muscle bound.

Don’t worry about bulking up and looking like a body builder. It takes more than just a normal program of exercise to achieve those bulky muscles. When women work out, they build muscles, but it’s a lean sinewy look that tones you without bulk. When you are strong, you feel that way and respond that way. My women clients actually thinned down and toned up, but they got the psychological advantage of feeling strong and having more energy.

Eating healthy and working out can make your mental work go faster.

Have you ever noticed that at the end of a tough, long day your brain feels like mush! Most of that feeling comes from the hormones created by stress. They can fog your mind and make it difficult to think. Working out burns off those hormones and stimulates blood flow to all parts of the body, including the brain. Studies show that when you workout, it helps develop new connections in the brain and keeps you mentally sharper. You’ll be an ace in the office, doing tasks at home or even taking classes after work.

Healthy eating is vital if you don’t want that mid-afternoon down time when the drowsies hit. A healthy diet keeps your blood sugar level so you don’t crave sugar for energy. You’ll be energized all day long.

Exercise helps boost your metabolism to make losing weight even easier. That’s because muscle tissue requires more energy to maintain than fat tissue does.

Looking your best can give you the confidence to act more powerful and command respect. You’ll improve your posture and walk taller. That gives you the look of confidence that commands respect from others.

When you learn to eat healthier, you’ll never have to diet again. You can even eat some of your favorite fattening foods, but more sparingly.

New Year-New You

New Year-New You

%image_alt%Happy New Year! It’s time to start planning a new you for 2017. Getting fit isn’t all about looking great, but of course it’s a huge benefit. It’s about feeling your best and having the energy to do your best to accomplish all the other goals in your life. It all starts by creating a plan of action for exercise, learning to eat healthy and developing good habits. It might sound overwhelming, but luckily you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help with both your exercise and dietary goals. My easy to use techniques will guide you from flabby to fabulous and from tired to terrific.

I’ll assess your fitness level and create a plan for you.

You’re never alone when you have the help of a personal trainer. I assess your overall fitness and start you on a program to get stronger, more flexible, have more endurance and start uncovering the you that you were meant to be. You’ll work hard, but never beyond your ability. Best of all, it will be worth all the effort. Of course, as you start getting stronger and fitter, I’ll have to up the ante or you’ll stop seeing fast progress. That means your workout will get harder the fitter you are.

You’ll learn healthy eating habits too.

Healthy eating will help you lose weight without it returning. Super low calorie diets aren’t the way to lose weight and keep it off. Most fad diets are super low calorie and have you eating one type of food. Not only do they leave you feeling deprived and hungry, they also put your body into starvation mode, which effectively means you’re slowing your metabolism. These types of diets always end and then you put back all the weight you lost and sometimes even a few extra pounds. A healthy diet won’t leave you feeling deprived or hungry and you can even eat your favorite foods, just in smaller amounts.

You’ll have energy abounding with the addition of a healthy diet and regular exercise to your life.

Exercise is amazing. The more you do, the more energy you have. It not only builds your strength and increases flexibility, it builds your stamina. You’ll have more energy, better focus and get your work done quicker. Exercise also increases your cognitive abilities so it even helps you do mental work more quickly.

When you combine a healthy diet with a program of regular exercise, you give fat a double whammy. Not only does the exercise burn extra calories while you’re doing it, it also builds muscle tissue and muscle tissue burns more calories than fat tissue does. You’ll be boosting your metabolism.

When you eat a healthy diet, you often eat more than you’d normally have. It insures you keep your blood sugar level, so you even have healthy snacks throughout the day.

I will vary your workout program regularly. That helps prevent your body becoming too efficient, which means it burns fewer calories when doing that particular exercise.

You’ll see amazing results quickly with my help. As a personal trainer, I know the right types of exercises to get the quickest results and results are powerful motivators.
