I really didn’t know what I was signing up for when my friend and I walked into the doors of Reggie C Fitness. I had already run a marathon, did a competitive bike ride, and actually THOUGHT that my body was in the best condition that it could possibly get to when I met him. I had NO idea of what I was capable of achieving. I thought heavy lifting was for girls that wanted to look “manly”. But to my surprise, it took my body to levels that I had NEVER seen. His work ethic is unmatched. He is passionate about his craft and his quest for excellence pushed me to give my best. I recommend him to anyone who is serious about starting or strengthening their fitness journey.
